1. Make sure your hair and extensions are brushed and knot-free. (You can use our Signature Deluxe Hair Extensions Brush on your natural hair and your extensions).
2. Tie your natural hair into a ponytail positioned wherever you want your pony to sit.
3. Take the hairpiece and slide the clips over the top of your natural ponytail above the hairband.
4. Take the wrap-around piece, wrap it around the base of the ponytail, and secure it with a bobby pin.
5. Play around with the positioning of the clip to get your desired hairstyle.

With proper care and maintenance, your RiRi hair extensions can last for months of regular wear.

The synthetic fibres are strong, thick, and pre-styled to hold their shape, but they still need some TLC to last as long as possible.

RiRi hair care products are designed to be used specifically with RiRi Hair Extensions to keep them looking their best and last even longer. 

If you use alternative hair care products on our extensions, we cannot guarantee that they will keep their quality or last as long, so we will not accept these in line with our returns policy.

If you order before 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day.

Returns & Exchanges 

For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. 

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
