To avoid the fuss of trying to match your hair extension's colour, we can do it for you! Simply snap a photo of your natural hair in good lighting and send it over to us in a message on our Facebook Messenger or Instagram channels asking us to give you a colour match.

How accurate is your colour match service?
We're experts in hair extensions, and we've colour-matched thousands of customers. You can be confident that the shade we recommend will perfectly match your hair.
What is the best lighting for colour-matching my hair to extensions?
So that we can give you the most accurate colour match possible, we recommend taking a picture of your hair in natural lighting. Standing by a window with natural light is ideal. Avoid using artificial lighting, like indoor bulbs, because it won't accurately represent your hair colour.
We also recommend a plain background, too, so that your hair colour can be the focus of the image.
How long does it take to get back my colour match results?
Our hair colour match service is available between 10 am and 10 pm, Monday to Friday, and we aim to get back to you within a few days. We know you want your extensions as quickly as possible, so our colour matchmakers will get back to you as soon as they can!
What do I do if my hair extensions aren't the right colour?
If your hair extensions aren't the right colour – don't panic! You can return your hair extensions to us as long as the hair is unused and the label is still attached. We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, so make sure to process your return ASAP.
