Most importantly, get yourself a RiRi Hanger Bag & Case to store your hair extensions when you’re not wearing them. This will help keep them free from tangling or knotting, which often happens if you just leave your extensions on your vanity or your bedroom floor (which is a huge no-no).
Always brush your hair from root to tip before and after washing to avoid tangles. Avoid using heat styling tools where possible, or at least use a heat protectant spray beforehand on our human hair pieces.
We accept returns for our hair pieces granted they are in their original packaging, unworn, and still have the labels attached. In the case you have chosen the wrong shade, we can colour match you and send the correct shade.
