1. Make sure your hair and extensions are brushed and knot-free. (You can use our Signature Deluxe Hair Extensions Brush on your natural hair and your extensions.)
2. If you need to curl your natural hair, do this before fitting your extensions. 
3. Section your hair just above your ears, and secure the top section of your hair with a hair tie.
4. Take the weft and secure it in place along the bottom section of your hair. Get as close to the roots as possible for the most natural look.
5. Let down the top section of your hair and let it blend into the extensions seamlessly. 

Top tip: you can backcomb your hair where the clips go for more secure grip.

With proper care and maintenance, your RiRi hair extensions can last for months of regular wear.

The synthetic fibres are strong, thick, and pre-styled to hold their shape, but they still need some TLC to last as long as possible.

Make sure you give the extensions some love with our Hair Extensions Shampoo & Conditioner Duo to remove dirt and product build-up. Remove tangles and refresh the pre-styled curls with our Signature Deluxe Hair Extensions Brush.

We always recommend storing your RiRi’s in our Hanger & Bag Combo when you’re not wearing them to help prevent tangles or shedding.

RiRi hair care products are designed to be used specifically with RiRi Hair Extensions to keep them looking their best and last even longer. 

If you use alternative hair care products on our extensions, we cannot guarantee that they will keep their quality or last as long, so we will not accept these in line with our returns policy.

If you order before 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day.

Returns & Exchanges 

For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. 

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
