Our 26” Niamh Drawstring Curly Ponytail features a simple drawstring attachment.

To install this hair piece, follow the steps below or watch our video tutorial:

1. Make sure your hair and extensions are brushed and knot-free. (You can use our Signature Deluxe Hair Extensions Brush on your natural hair and your extensions).
2. Tie your natural hair into a bun, depending on the length of your hair.
3. Take the hairpiece and use the sewn-in clip to secure it over your natural hair.
4. Pull on the drawstring to tighten the ponytail around your natural hair.
5. Play around with the positioning of the clip to get your desired hairstyle.

With proper care and maintenance, your RiRi hair extensions can last for months of regular wear.

The synthetic fibres are strong, thick, and pre-styled to hold their shape, but they still need some TLC to last as long as possible.

If you use alternative hair care products on our extensions, we cannot guarantee that they will keep their quality or last as long, so we will not accept these in line with our returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges 

For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. 

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
