1. Make sure your hair is brushed and knot-free. (You can use our Signature Deluxe Hair Extensions Brush on your natural hair).
2. Tie your hair into a bun using a regular hair tie.
3. Take the scrunchie and wrap it around your natural bun to secure it in place.
4. Play around with the positioning of the scrunchie to get your desired look. Use bobby pins if desired for extra hold.

With proper care and maintenance, your RiRi hair extensions can last for months of regular wear.

The synthetic fibres are strong, thick, and pre-styled to hold their shape, but they still need some TLC to last as long as possible.

If you use alternative hair care products on our extensions, we cannot guarantee that they will keep their quality or last as long, so we will not accept these in line with our returns policy.

If you order before 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day.

To Ireland, EU destinations and the rest of the world is £21. Deliveries will be made in 5-10 working days after you place your order, depending on your location.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges 

For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. 

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
