How do you wear curly ponytail extensions?
Throw your real hair up into a ponytail wherever you want it positioned on your head. Take your ponytail extension and clip it into place over your hair using the sliding clips attached.
If your extension has a wraparound piece, then wrap this around your hair band to cover and secure. Give your hair a bit of a fluff, pull out any face-framing pieces, and that's it!
How do you look after synthetic ponytail extensions?
To make sure your synthetic ponytail last as long as possible, always follow the care instructions we give you. Avoid applying any heat directly onto the extension, always brush out any tangles gently and use our Bag & Hanger Combo to store your extensions when you're not wearing them.
You should also use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner to keep your synthetic ponytails looking and feeling their best.
Are synthetic or human hair ponytails better?
Some people find they prefer synthetic hair extensions because they are cheaper while still giving you amazing quality. Human hair extensions, however, will last you much longer and look incredibly realistic – because they are made from real hair, after all.
Can you apply heat to synthetic extensions?
We'd recommend avoiding direct heat on synthetic ponytails to make sure you're giving your extensions the best care possible. Plus, our curly ponytail extensions come pre-styled, anyway, so there's not really any need to take a curling wand to them!
But if you really do need to use heat, opt for a lower temperature and make sure you're using protective products.
