Our shampoo for hair extensions is suitable for everyday use, but we recommend washing your human hair extensions once or twice a week. This will remove any buildup of dirt and keep your extensions fresh without causing them to lose their gorgeous shine.

You can wash your hair extensions in a clean sink filled with water, or wash them in your hair if you're wearing semi-permanent extensions.

1. Lather the shampoo between your palms and apply it to your extensions.
2. Gently massage the shampoo into the hair, focusing on the ends where dirt and product buildup is most common.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, ensuring all shampoo is removed.

With proper care and maintenance, your RiRi hair extensions can last for months of regular wear.

The synthetic fibres are strong, thick, and pre-styled to hold their shape, but they still need some TLC to last as long as possible.

If you use alternative hair care products on our extensions, we cannot guarantee that they will keep their quality or last as long, so we will not accept these in line with our returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges 

For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. 

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
